As we’re onboarding more users into Gainsight PX, we’ve noticed that the default “Selected Access” role is barely short of “Full Administrative Privileges”. Could we modify this screen so that when you select “Selected Access”, you start with a “View Only” set of permissions and therefore have to add the specific Editor/Manager roles the user should have?
In its current state, a user could accidentally make changes that could be customer-facing if permission is missed during user creation: Take KC Bots offline, Pause Engagements, change product mappings (and impact CX integrations), etc.
