We’re implementing the Success Plans in my company.

We’d like to share objectives and tasks to our customers directly from GS product, but today it requires to send automatic email each time we assigned them something. It’s really annoying for them as they already receive emails from us, we don’t want them to be spammed (especially with from a tool they don’t know and on which it’ll be difficult for them to onboard (we have old customers).
