System Overview dashboard and mechanism to set threshold alerts on each entity.

When there are limits enforced on certain things then it becomes quite imperative that admins have visibility to that limit consumption. 

I am basically talking about this article -https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Administration_and_Permissions/General_Administration/Gainsight_System_Limits#Journey_Orchestrator . In this article , you can see various limits with respect to each CS feature. But today admin don’t have a holistic view of their instance system metrics like how much operational email limit they have consumed in a day, Monthly participant limit consumed, etc. They either learn when they get the limit error or creating some custom reports. But if there is a System Overview Dashboard and way to set threshold alerts/notification on those entities  then admins can govern their instance more effectively and avoid any sort of escalated situation.

This has caused real problems with us today and caused us to miss out on sending essential comms. We work in an industry were we might need to email 160,000+ users at a drop of a hat and this has caused us to become very apprehensive to use GS to send out mass comms as due to the lack of functionality to alert us when we are nearing the limit, we are not confident in its ability.
