We’re super excited to host Pulse Academy Live, an in-person day-long immersive educational experience for CS professionals of all levels. PAL is August 16 in San Francisco; the day before the annual Pulse conference. New to 2022, we are also offering a course geared towards product professionals. Choose from the following 5 tracks:
- Advanced Customer Success Essentials for CSMs ($399/per person)
Join us for a high energy training with exciting presentations and activities to accelerate your CSM skills! Advanced Customer Success Essentials will provide participants with leading practices, processes and skills for succeeding as a Customer Success Manager, including how to drive value with your clients, frameworks to maximize your discovery conversations, understanding and aligning to executive decision making styles, effectively influencing others, and more! This session will feature a mix of content, discussions, and interactive workshops focused on providing immediately actionable practices that CSMs can use to better engage and grow their customers.
- Customer Success Leadership Essentials ($399/per person)
Are you currently leading a Customer Success team or aspiring to a leadership role? Customer Success Leadership Essentials will provide participants with leading practices, processes and skills for leading a customer success team. Whether you are a customer success team lead, managing a customer success team or an aspiring leader, this session will provide you with actionable ideas, tools and take aways to maximize the effectiveness of your team and build a strong team culture. Join us for a workshop on the 5 assets that CS Leaders can leverage to drive a high performance CS organization: Time, Team, Talent, Portfolio, and Tools. We’ll conclude the day focused on change velocity, and help you walk away with a plan to apply what you’ve learned!
- Gainsight 101: Gainsight Admin Foundations ($499/per person)
This course is intended for new Gainsight Administrators and those responsible for maintaining and building out Gainsight within their orgs. We invite you to jumpstart your learning with a day of exciting, foundational content to help you become a successful Gainsight Admin. Follow along as we demonstrate how to achieve Data Readiness and effective Data Management; configure and work with the Rules Engine and Health Scorecards; as well as master CTA triggers and playbooks, and Reports and Dashboards. These sessions will combine directed instructions with collaborative group work to create a dynamic learning experience. As a result of completing this course, you’ll be prepared to complete your “Gainsight Associate Admin” Certification. Seats are limited to ensure a highly interactive and hands-on training experience!
- Gainsight Admin 200 Series ($499/per person)
This course is designed for experienced Gainsight Administrators. Are you a Gainsight Admin that wants to learn how to leverage some of the advanced Gainsight functionality to connect and analyze data in your instance more effectively? In this full day in-person session, we’ll share configuration and best practice tips from some of our most seasoned technical resources, on topics such as leveraging Gainsight APIs to call and write data, preparing data for use across tools like JO, Rules, and Data Designer, the new and improved Sightline Vault, getting more from CS with PX, and more! You’ll have a chance to collaborate with other Gainsight admins and work through hands-on exercises in a safe training environment. Seats are limited to ensure a highly interactive and hands-on training experience!
- Driving Product Adoption and Prioritizing Your Roadmap for Growth Using Gainsight PX ($399/per person)
Join Gainsight’s PX team for an exciting hands-on workshop focused on giving you the tools to build a data-driven roadmap, successful user enablement / onboarding experiences, and an engaging product release experience. We’ll also teach you how to leverage advanced features in PX such as webhooks, custom events, and powerful data integrations, so that you leave as a PX Power User.
