Does anyone ever do bulk updating of timeline for their accounts? Example: I have 30 accounts that I am updating key information about contacts but its all considered the same activity. We really like to stamp every interaction/change in timeline because it helps in health reviews with the managers. The painpoint is that having to create an activity and filling out the required fields and saving it so that it is viewable in timeline. Anyone run in to this issue or have a best practice for it? Its been causing me much pain 🙂
