Anyone else having BCC to timeline not work all of a sudden?

BCC to timeline has stopped working for 2 of our CSMs after the last maintenance. I reset one of the CSMs BCC and it is still not working. They haven’t been receiving failure messages. Has anyone else had to troubleshoot this?
