Hi there!Leadership wants to start analyzing the data once a week for a CSAT survey scores. I started building this off the CSAT Survey Response object, but I’m not getting any data for the fields pulled in, so I know I am doing something wrong… ALSO, we want to start sending automated email responses via JO if a customer gives us a low score… What object & fields would I report on?Just need a little clarity:)Thanks!
Hey!My marketing team wants to starts sending correspondences via JO to their clients as well as non-clients. The problem is, the non-clients don’t have a GSID in SFDC, so I had a thought and wanted to see if this was possible..Could I potentially create a dummy account in SFDC, assign a GSID, and then add them to a JO program or did I just make that up? hahaI appreciate any feedback:)Thanks!
I need help building a report on our Digital Executive Check-Ins that were sent out last week via JO. I’m not sure exactly what fields in GS will give me that data. We want to be able to see when the email was sent, to what account, csm name and if they responded.Any help is greatly appreciated:)~Melissa
Hi There!I need to build a dashboard that looks similar to this, reporting on Success Plans by CSM, Success Plan by Client Management Segment & Progress by CSM: I have started by reporting on the Success Plan object, which has given me all the info except the Progress. I am not totally sure where that field would live…Also, how would I then take that data and create the charts above? Thank you!!!!
