This is a small thing, but whenever you run a Data Design job it sends an email notifying you of Success or Failure. There is a large graphic of a man holding a chart that takes up most of the real estate on the email. I have to scroll down a good distance just to get to the results of the actual job. Could this graphic be removed from the message so that I can actually see the message I need to view rather than this huge graphic?
Our CSMs take their notes in the Timeline Activity screen and they would like the text field to be expanded in full-screen mode so that more of their notes are on the screen. Right now they have to do lots of scrolling up and down through the notes because the box is so small.
Our CSMs create custom views within Timeline filtered to each of their clients so that they can toggle between their clients right there in Timeline without having to go to the C360 for each client. Once they have created a custom view it remains ordered in the list of Custom Views by the time it was created. They would like the ability to re-order these custom views so they can put them in order of volume or alphabetize them. Currently they would have to delete all of the views and then re-enter them to be in the order they want them to appear.
Add CTA from Gainsight AssistNo Status
My CSMs have requested the ability to create a CTA or tasks associated with a timeline activity from within the Gainsight Assist screen. This would allow them to document a conversation with a client from an email, add it to the Timeline, while also associating a CTA or tasks that came from that interaction.
I would be interested in helping to Beta test the new Success Snapshot functionality as well as the additions to the E-mail Assist feature in Outlook. If there is a need for further testing for Microsoft Teams integration at some point, I would be happy to partner as a Beta tester on that as well.
My CSMs would like to be able to manage some tasks or calls-to-action that are not associated to an account. For example, they may have an OKR (Objective and Key Results) for the quarter that they would like to put into Gainsight with associated tasks so that they can manage it directly out of the Cockpit along with the other CTAs.
