Hi All, I wondered if anyone has been able to do a structured survey? I know that we have a lot of options available within Gainsight PX but we aren’t able to branch off to follow on questions based around a previous response. So my Idea/Example is: How do you find the tool?        - Option A = Trigger Question 2.1                                                      - Option B = Trigger Question 2.2                                                      - Option C = Trigger Question 2.3 I hope that makes sense, I know we are able to do surveys like this within SurveyMonkey allowing us to change the sequence of questions depending on their previous choice. I also didnt know if we can create an engagement which launches based on their survey responses?So if someone scores a feature low in a survey, we can trigger a follow up guide or pop-up to educate the user on the features a bit better (so technically they’ve highlighted their struggles and we’re now holding their hand through a new on

Create the option to trigger an engagement based on KC bot interactionsNo Status

I would love to be able to trigger an automated email engagement to users who read one of the articles we feature within KC Bot. We host how-to guides within the Bot, and if we can get people viewing a certain feature that they do not have access to - we could fire out an email to acknowledge their interaction and ask if they would like to buy access. It could be a great way to introduce more lead generation to Gainsight PX.

More options when amending buttonsAcknowledged

Hi Guys, It might just be me, but I seem to struggle with amending previously created buttons. I currently have to go into the coding side and amend colours etc - and the dropdown options aren’t too helpful. is there any way you can bring more options to the drop down to help me quickly amend buttons? if it is at all possible to anchor a button over the top of an image (so we can have custom backgrounds on dialog engagements) that would be amazing!

Add 'Date Last Seen' to TokensNo Status

I would love to be able to automate emails to users who havent been on our site for 30 days or more with an email that stats ‘we havent seen you in ….. days’ or ‘we havent seen you since …...’  I think it could help us boost usage.

Delay a survey pop-up?

Hi all,Is it at all possible to delay the triggering of a survey on a certain page of our tool? I would like to be able to have an NPS survey trigger after say 30 seconds so we aren’t bombarding our users the second they load a page, it will allow them to interact with little bits and then pop-up asking what they think.

More templates and design freedom for surveysPlanned

Hi All, I dont know if it is just me, but the surveys within Gainsight PX are quite bland? within the realms of what we use PX for, we tend to do some quite eye-catching engagements and the survey’s look a bit poor in comparison. I’ve pasted some examples below of what I think could look nicer:

Putting Gainsight PX on Corporate Website

Hi All, Very quick question….. Am I able to embed Gainsight into our corporate website to allow us to create pop-ups and maybe a knowledge centre BOT for a contact us feature?I am not too fussed on the ability to track who the users are, it’s more a way for us to advertise and promote through the Engagements feature of PX.I’d love to be able to have small dialog engagements appear when we have a promotion we want to push - and I just want to see if it is possible before trying to make some plans…..

Add email engagements to 'in-app' audience rulesNo Status

It would be amazing if we could add the email engagements to the audience rules - it would allow me to send a follow on email x amount of days later, an example I have is: Day 1 - user logs on for the first time and receives a welcome/acknowledgement emailDay 7 - user receives a re-engagement email highlighting features it would hopefully help users re-engage with our product!

See in-app engagements based around previously receiving an emailNo Status

Hi All, I can see that we can have a rule set for in app engagements (so if a user has seen this they will then see this), but it would be great to have that include emails too. So if a user receives a Gainsight email, the next time they log onto our system they receive a follow-up engagement.(but it only appears to those who have received an email so a message can flow from off app to on)

Folders for uploaded imagesPlanned

Hi All,We upload so many different images to our Engagements on PX, it can be quite overwhelming to find the right image if we wanted to reuse something (and uploading it again just shows us duplicates which again adds to the scrolling torture!). Would it be possible to bring in folders which we can add images to? that way we can categorise our images into things such as ‘Email Hero Images’ ,  ‘Product A GIFs’ or ‘Company Logos’ It would be a massive time saver for us!

Can we create a survey that will allow us to just gather yes or no responses?

I would love to be able to create a survey that would just allow me to track if a user has selected yes or no to one question.Example:Would you like to be involved in a focus group? Yes / No then we can collate the users that have registered interest and contact them, currently we have to use Boolean Survey Engagement which has a comment box which we do not need. Any advice on how we can get around this would be great!

Select report columns when running reports on CSVUnder Consideration

Hi All, It would be great if we could be able to select which columns we would like to be pulled from a customers attributes when we run a CSV report, some of our products have custom fields which dont relate to our other product so we have to manually delete quite a few columns on our excel doc. If we could just select, name/email/location etc, allowing us to use tick boxes to filter out what we want to present to clients.

Dashboard Widget showing Knowledge Centre BOT viewsAcknowledged

I would love to be able to put a widget on my product analytics page showing me how much interest we’ve had in the Knowledge Centre BOT. Either on a general views format, or be able to filter it down further to each engagement within the BOT would be great!

Differentiate ACTIVE and INACTIVE usersResponse from Customer

Hi Guys,I would love to be able to deactivate a user from future engagements if I know they have left their role which they have a subscription for. At the moment we target engagements based around company names (so Annie’s Apple Shack) but if I know that 3 members of that business have left, they still remain present on Gainsight as we have no way of alerting Gainsight to their departure and they still come receive unnecessary emails/spam. Would a monthly data-upload of all active users help that? if we populate a field to state ACTIVE or INACTIVE we can have that as a filter…..?

Push email notifications for survey feedbackAcknowledged

Hi Everyone, I wanted to see if there was a way to receive an email at the beginning of each day (similar to the usage ones we get) which would alert us to any survey responses. This could really help us as we develop our tools further and if we are actively looking for testimonials we could really use that alert to help us log back into Gainsight and possibly strike up a conversation relatively soon after a response is submitted to show that their thoughts are fresh in our mind.

Copy Survey slidesNo Status

Hi Guys, It would be great if you could add the functionality for us to copy a previous slide on a survey so we dont have to copy the same things out again (especially if we are asking for the same responses but altering the question slightly). E.G.  How do you find the home page?Great, Good, Average Bad? How do you find the Search Page? Great, Good, Average, Bad? at the minute I have create the same thing over and over again whereas a copy and paste would be much more time saving!

Add more varied options to surveysNo Status

Hi All,Would it be possible to add the functionality to allow me to create surveys that incorporate both ratings and comment/feedback boxes? It would be great for us as we can then ask how people are finding the tool overall and delve deeper into smaller parts of our tools to find out overall ratings and then comments too!

Bulk Upload recipients for email engagementsWorkaround Available

Hi Everyone, We have some tools that we have integrated with Gainsight PX and we wanted to look at possibly sending an ‘end of contract’ email to them alerting them of their account closure/access removal.We aren’t currently able to differentiate users from an active/inactive status within Gainsight (say for example a user has left the company and does not need access - Gainsight has no way for us to opt them out).If we could upload a userlist of active users from our tool to Gainsight PX, it could help us target the right people and avoid confusion of people getting irrelevant emails (or spam). I understand we can copy and paste individual names into the audience tab when using the Email Address option, but this is an individual email address - and given we have some clients with 500 users it would be very time consuming to manually add everyone.If we could upload the list to a segment (e.g. CLIENT A - ACTIVE USERS FEBRUARY 2021) and then have that segment as the selected audience - t
