Truncate numbers / pick a unit of measurement for reports + dashboardsUnder Consideration
We need the ability to customize what unit of measurement we display metrics in each report/graph/chart/widget. i.e. I would like to truncate $218,175.36 to show $218k. This needs to be on a report-by-report basis as well, as some metrics in a dashboard may need whole units (or even those with two decimal points showing, for ratios and percentages) whereas other figures may need display in thousands, millions, etc. Many of the dashboards have mostly un-readable labels due to them only displaying full values. Please create a way for us to truncate the values displayed in reports, similar to what SFDC shows. I would like functionality built into Gainsight that will allow tasks which are re-assigned to a new user to fire off an email or notification of some sort once that task is completed. This likely [i]must be a SFDC task (rather than CSTask) because the users completing those reassigned tasks do not have, and likely never will have Gainsight access. --------- Detail: Our CSMs work with a variety of other functions in the organization to complete technical builds, answer detailed questions, maintain or fix something that's broken, etc. Our organization is a heavy user of Tasks in SFDC. Both to report on what individuals at our company have completed, when, and how long they spent on the work; but also to help our end users manage their day and items on their plate. Before migrating to Gainsight, our CSMs would create a task (let's say build a search on our platform) for the technical team to go perform. Display colors in a table/reportUnder Consideration
Hi, Is there a way to add color coding inside of a table, such that certain cells could display a color coded value? One use case: We want a table on the C360 that shows key contacts at the customer. We have a few checkboxes that are powered by (and feed) other data in our SFDC instance, and display whether someone is a POC, DM, User, etc. It's visually tough to gather who does what when the field simply displays "true" or "false" as text. I would like to have anything that's true display as Green, for instance. When setting up Custom Colors it still did not make any updates to the tables. Can we allow tables to display color coding?
CTAs that fire instantlyPlanned
Hi, We have recently migrated our onboarding process out of SFDC process builder and into Gainsight's rules engine. The onboarding process needs to be extremely quick for our organization, so the idea that I can change the onboarding step (a picklist we have) and need to wait up to 24 hours for the CTA(s) to fire along with playbooks so we can schedule work among many different groups of users is a real pain point for us. I would like the ability to fire CTAs more frequently than once a day - and potentially even instantly to speed up this process. Is that a feature on the roadmap?
