Custom field values in Failed Participant List view of JO programNo Status

Hi Team,In the JO program, when participants get failed during participant sync from source, then custom field values does not get populated. In the above scenario the participants moved to failed participants during sync and hence the custom field values will not get populated. Customer requested to populate the custom field values for the failed participants also. Thank you.

Removing Timezone from C360 section for date fieldsResponse from Customer

Decouple Email Template Navigation permissions from JO PermissionNo Status

Hi Team,The customer wants to grant access for an external vendor who is designing some email templates for them.They have created a Permission bundle allowing Navigation Permission for Journey Orchestrator > Email Templates and also added the Design option in the Email Template Permissions.When we log in with the test user which we have assigned the new permission bundle to 'Template Designer' and then log in via an incognito window, it brings us to the Program Navigation window.Customer do not want the vendor to view this. Could you please decouple the navigation permission of the email template from the JO.Thank you.

Include the opportunity id in the export file of Renewal CenterWorkaround Available

Hi Team,Customer has the use case that a Sales Manager could go into the Renewal Center and be able to download and compare with data from other systems of operation. Currently, we are not including the field: ”Opportunity ID”  as part of exportable reports from the Renewal Center. Can you please look into this and include this field in the export file from the table view.Thank you.

Unable to save all pages of survey response in Hybrid OrgNo Status

Hi Team,While saving a Survey Response as a PDF file in Hybrid Org, it’s only allowing you to download the first-page response. However in direct NXT, it allows us to download all pages of survey response and make this feature available in hybrid org also.Thanks & Regards,Syam

Unable to create CTA when participant token has null value in commentsIN DEVELOPMENT

Hi Team,As per the product behavior, in the program, if there is any null value present in the participant token then the JO program will not the CTA at the CTA creation step and the participant will be dropped from the program.Thank you.

Make a filed as not editable in the list view of CTANo Status

Hi Team,We have limitation where any editable field that is marked as read only in CTA layouts are not being honored in list view fields of CTA. For example  the 'Test Edit' field is not editable within the details page of the CTA and the same field 'Test Edit' is editable in the list view fields of CTA.Can you please make the field 'Test Edit' not editable within the CTA columns?Thank you.

Request to enable the update feature for System Objects from RulesNo Status

Stop the query builder once it got started in the programNo Status

Hi Team,Can we have feature to stop the query builder once it get started.  We have scenario that we realized there was an error shortly after we started the participant sync and wanted to stop it, but instead we were basically not able to do any work in Journey Orchestrator until those queries finished. This is extremely prohibitive especially when we have critical email sends that need to go out. Please look into this and let us know if need any details.Thanks & Regards,Syam

Horizon Success Plans Share is not updated with new U/I or featuresNo Status

Support Dependent picklist values as same in Salesforce on Cockpit

Hi Team,If we add the controlling and dependent picklist fields of salesforce to the cockpit linked object data then in the dependent picklist values are not working as expected as same in salesforce.Below is the scenario: The customer reported an issue that the Risk CTA Type has a linked object to Opportunity(SFDC) from NXT and they are displaying several fields on the Opportunity tab. Two of those fields are picklists and one of them (#1 At Risk Reason) is dynamic based on the other (#1 At Risk Category) but on the Opportunity tab, it is not displaying any values. We are not supporting the dependent picklist as of now for SFDC linked objects. Thank you.

Make Drill Down Options Available on Email Logs objectPlanned

Custom color palette for bar chartAcknowledged

Hi Team, When creating a Bar Chart 3 axis report the custom color palette will not work. Once it is a two-axis report then the custom palette works. We will not get individual bar in individual colors till that's only the dimension in the chart. Thank you.

Option to clone the MDA ObjectResponse from Customer

Hi Team,Customer requested the feature to clone the MDA Object. As a workaround I have mentioned that we can create another object manually (that's a copy of the original) and then transfer all the data with a rule if needed.  Thank you.

Issue with the email address with special charactersNo Status

Hi Team,When the participants have special characters in their email address domains, which we are not parsing(Please refer to the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8ur1Kp6). The domains are valid and functional under the IETF RFC6530 email standard specification and newer.E.g. 'ü' in info@hebebühne-biderbost.ch. Thank you.

Lock Down Internal Question Permission SetNo Status

Hi Team, Customer has the scenario that they need specific permission set for not allowing certain user groups to see and edit the internal question. If the user having access to view the survey response link then the user is able to view and submit the answers to the internal question of the survey.  As of now, we don't have any permission set to restrict that permission. Opt-In for EmailsPlanned

Hi Team,Currently we have an options to opt out of e-mail categories but not to opt in. Customer wants to let their users opt-in to get e-mail as per GDPR and They want to let their users to opt in for any communications.  Thank you.

There is no error when the payload of an event is wrong.No Status

Hi Team,Customer was used an events as participant source to the program. There is no error when they push events through an invalid payload (It showing that event under Delivery Success). Currently we are not supporting response codes for events in JO. Can you please look into this and display the proper error message to the customer. Thank you.
