Include Admin setting to remove external attendees when using the Share Email from TimelineNo Status
When using the ‘Share Email from Timeline using Email Assist’ functionality, it would be great to have an Admin setting to automatically ‘Remove External Attendees’ vs. relying on the team to remember to do so.Internal emails can mistakenly include external attendees and the CSM may miss the message to remove them. It would be helpful to include a timeline admin setting to automatically remove external attendees when using the Share Email from Timeline.
On a Success Plan, we have a lookup field to link related Success Plans together. If you mistakenly select the wrong option or want to remove it altogether, it’s very clunky and not very user-friendly. From testing, I’ve found you must click on the selection again > Click enter > Click the ‘X’. However, this process sometimes needs to be repeated a few times as it doesn’t always register the first time.
When someone gets assigned an objective, the notification links only include a direct link to the CTA (in the cockpit) or the Relationship. It does not include a link directly to the Success Plan. When a CTA is attached to a Success Plan, can the email notifications include a link to the Success Plan or allow us to include the link in the CTA details layout (currently we can only include the Name or the GSID).
Flattening label for Matrix survey questionsAcknowledged
Currently, Survey flattening labels do not align to Matrix style sub-questions, thus reporting results in a blank value. It is imperative the flattening label either equate the main question flattening label or each sub-question is allowed to have their own flattening label.If you have multiple Matrix style questions with similar sub-questions, it can be difficult to understand what response aligns to what Matrix.
Renewal Center - Update renewal opportunity should remain in same order instead of moving to the topImplemented
When updating a renewal opportunity on the Forecast tab, the opp moves to the very top of the table thus losing your place where you left off. Time will be lost in identifying on what line you left off to update the next renewal opportunity. It may make more sense to keep the table in the same order, allowing you to easily see where you left off and move on to the next renewal opportunity.
