I am looking for best practices for organizing Email templates i Gainsight Assist for the end user. We utilize Gainsight Assist frequently but the number of email templates is growing rapidly. The search feature appears to be very limited. Does anyone have advice on how you organize your templates so that the end user can know and quickly access which templates are available? Is there a particular naming convention that has worked for your organization?
Does anyone have experience with integrating Seismic into Gainsight? I am envisioning a CSPM would be able to send Seismic resources to several contacts within an account in GS and have a report provided (within GS) as to which resources had been sent to which customers, when they opened it, etc. Perhaps GS could “monitor” when the resource was viewed by the customer and create an automated CTA for CSPM with follow-up steps.
Rich Text Format for Rules Engine for ScorecardsUnder Consideration
We would like the comments section in the Timeline entry for Scorecards which is periodically pushed through the Rules engines to show text that can be easily read. Right now it pushes run-on sentences that makes for a poor user experience. This may be a bug vs. Idea.
In the Global cockpit, the CTA owners are distinguished wtih the user’s initials PLUS various colored bubbles (see attached). Would be useful if these same color coded initials would be displayed on Timeline entries (see attached screenshot).
