With the current product design, we do not have the option to edit or delete the existing text of the Exit button and Restart button in the engagement but we can write a new text. It would be really great if we can edit or delete the existing text.
With Gainsight current design we only have limited data displayed in EE, User who login in Gainsight CS data is captured through Identify call and will be stored in Gainsight PX and through Gainsight PX limited data will be synced and displayed in PX Enablement engine. It would be really helpful for the customers if we can populate/ingest the data through the code change to display it on EE.
It would be great If we have an option to filter out Audience/Accounts by using Segments. Using this feature we can know how many users/Audience will qualify for a particular segment. Instead of applying more filters every time, we can have a segment created and use it. We do have a workaround by using the Email Engagement for preview or using the rules in segments directly as filters. But Having a segment as filter makes things so much easier
The Initial Delay is working as expected. However, Customers have a concern that if the user navigates to another page before the initial delay, the user will not be able to see the engagement but since it was loaded on the client-side, it will be considered as viewed. This is a false view count which will affect the customers when they want to target the audience who haven't really viewed the engagements. It would be really great if the false view count was fixed where customer's can get the correct count about the engagement viewed.
It would be really great, if there was a way to add the User ID in product mapper section and display the activity report in the same tab somewhere to view the results rather than creating and event and in product mapper section and navigate to the audience explorer tab to look for the user ID by accessing full profile to view the results of the event in the recent activity.
It would be really great If User had a ability to automate the Audience explorer report and schedule to share it on daily or weekly basis. Eg: User created a bookmark and wants to share it via email on daily basis from Audience explorer automatically .

Use Case: With the current design we do not have option to edit the dashboard other than the admin / creator of the dashboard. It would be great if we can add two other options as manager and viewer under Dashboard which will give access to the other person to edit the dashboard. Refer to the below image as an example.
Use Case : In the current functionality we have option to export Custom Events data to S3 but we do not get all the properties available after exporting, It would really helpful for the customers if they could also see all the properties for eg: when they are exporting custom event data they should get all the information regarding the custom event properties which they setup.
Ability to view the data of more than 6 months in analyticsWorkaround Available
Use case : Currently in PX we are able to access analytics data only for 6 months, as the customers are growing it would be really great if they can access more than 6 months data, Customers are sometimes frustrated when they cannot view the complete data.
