The ability to send a test survey email. We have stakeholders who would like to see how the end recipient will be seeing the email and survey before it is deployed. We currently don’t have a way to show them the “final product”, it would be great to have a preview option where you can send a test to another email address for them to open the email and click through the survey.
We have an image heavy email we are sending through Journey Orchestrator and when the email is received it has all the images attached at the bottom of the email. I know this is standard for emails in general but I was wondering if anyone has ever hidden these in Journey Orchestrator or knows any way to include them without it adding them as an attachment to the email that is sent.

When creating versions in a Journey Orchestrator template, it would be great to have the ability to either delete the “Default” or the option to make another one of the versions the default. I used it to create a few different drafts of an email for approval and now that we have decided on one of the email templates it doesn’t allow me to get rid of the default for the version I am wanting to use.
We have an Newsletter style email that is left justified and would love the ability to use the buttons but they only sit in the middle of the email. It would be helpful to have the ability to adjust the “button” feature so that you could apply it somewhere other than just in the middle of the email template. Even if you could only apply the (Left, Right, Center) justify options to it.Thanks!
It would be great if there was a way in the Enablement Engine tool to pause an active audience in order to do a one time send. Ex. I have audience logic set for an enablement, if for some reason someone was not included in the triggered audience logic, I have to delete the active audience in order to send one time to that individual and then go through and re-add all the original audience pieces. It would be great if I could pause certain audience triggers and activate just one and then reactivate the original audience, or if you just had the ability to pause pieces of the audience whenever necessary.
It would be great to have the ability to customize the “Welcome Message” on the Knowledge Center Bot. Ideally we could set one screen for it to show on and then the rest of the Gainsight screens would show just the Bot icon. It can start to be irritating to have to close the Welcome Message on every page.
Currently the only way to use a custom Bot Badge in the Enablement Engine is to convert it into a URL. It would be great if we had the ability to search for the images on our Desktop instead of having to use another tool to transfer it to a URL.
