Sending digitally-signed Surveys and NPSNot Planned
Hello GS, I was wondering if there are plans to add support for digitally-signed sending of messages, surveys, NPS, etc from the GS platform. Digital signatures are important as they give assurances that the person sending the message actually is the person who sent the message. We are a security company and many times customers fear clicking our NPS survey links due to the concern they may be fake. What are the plans to add digital signature support?
Hello there, I had previously been receiving weekly reports called Gainsight Habits, that detailed page access and defined lime, yellow, red users. I haven't been getting them for some time and I am wondering if this is something that is no longer offered for customers or, perhaps, I have a misconfiguration. Has anyone seen these reports and could advise?
Gainsight Mobile - Display Relationships?Implemented
Hello everyone, We are planning on rolling out Gainsight Mobile to our Sales team to help give them a view to any customer at any time. Has anyone tried Gainsight Mobile out and any idea how to get the Relationship to display? Thanks, Scott
With new customers, we often see lead times of 30 days or more until clients receive onboarding and get operational. During this time, our CTAs still fire off and our CSMs spend time closing them. It would be great to have the ability to sleep all CTA activity for a specific client account for a timeframe so that the Cockpit view doesn't become overwhelmed with CTAs that are not actionable.
Hello, We are trying to use the Post-Churn Vault survey template from Gainsight. We want to get more info from customers who choose not to renew. While I have customized the questions and everything else in the Survey, I am stuck at how to fuel the sending list using a Power List. I have built the Power List using Status as Closed Lost and the logic is sound on that front, but I can't seem to find the section in the Add Participants to load and drive based off of that. Has anyone used a Power List to send a survey out?
Hello we are wondering if there is a way to increase the number of recipients per send in the NPS section of Gainsight? We are sending to about 5,600 people and it appears with the 100 recipient limit, we will have to schedule this 56 times. Is there any way to increase the number over 100?
We would like to be able to show the Relationships cards in the Salesforce Account page widget. That option is currently not available. We want to give our Salesforce users the opportunity to see the Health Scores for every product a customer has right in the widget.
