Is there a way to include a formula when resolving a token value in the email template? e.g. if the contact's first name is empty then use the last name or if the last name is just email just use Dear customer? This will be really useful because, our key contact may not have first and last name because we don't capture this in certain part of contact capturing forms. Any plans in the road map to do this?
Hi There Is there a way for us to include calendar invites, ics files in an email template. We are about to send newsletters with proposed webinar sessions via ics files. I tried to add these files into the email template but it says it is not support. Why is that? These files are perfectly acceptable for emailing? Thanks, mei ling
Hi There, We have completed a survey using Gainsight Survey. Now we would to segment out the list contacts from the survey based on the answers and send another email through co pilot for this list of contacts based on their survey answer. There a way to do this? At the moment we have to export this list from the analyze screen which sometime doesn't include their email or contact id so we can filter this list easily from Co pilot. I wish we can choose the additional fields to be exported out from the export function on the survey. Mei ling
Hi There I am trying to build a 2 column emails with image on one side and text on the other. I have copied the HTML from an email template that does this but it doesn't appear to work in the copilot html source when pasted in. It seems to replace all the styling I have pasted it. Therefore is there a way to create the layout in similar way in copilot email template? which in mobile the 2 columns will rearrange to image at the top and the text below the image as per the image in the left panel.
Why the Copilot outreach stops you from entering an email in the Reply to now? It used to be allowed.
Hi There, Before April 2016, we were able to enter an email instead of a field in the Reply to field in an Outreach. This was useful as we sends monthly emails to our customers and we don't want our account managers to be bombarded with replies back from the customers without filtering. As our team is small and don't have room to handle all communications. Could we bring this back. Regards, mei ling

Hi There, In Mailchimp you have the ability to save the sender details and reply details that can be reused for future emailing. It would be great to have this in Copilot as i have already messed up one outreach because i have incorrectly re-enter the sender email and reply to email. This feature will save so much time and reduce errors. Regards, mei ling
I will be great if we could open new tab of a rule by pressing the control key down. It is so hard to compare rules and check if the dependent rule is setup correctly. If i need to compare the rules i will have to navigate back to rule engine click on the one rule and then open another window and repeat the navigation again. And also the rules engine doesn't remember your filter when you go back to the rule engine screen. You have to re-run the filter to just to get to related rules that you are changing. This is such a waste of time. Generally the whole rule engines is very hard to use.
