Gainsight 360 Clickable linksUnder Consideration
I really like the Gainsight 360 view that was just released. It would be awesome if in the support ticket section that the ticket ID or subject linked to the ticket on the gainsight support website. This would make it really easy to see where the ticket is at and quickly make any updates.
G360 Export CapabilitiesPlanned
We would love to be able to export the G360 in the same way you can export a C360 page. We do not want to give all users or even all users on one C360 layout access to the G360 so building it as a custom tab is not a good solution for us. However, we would like to be able to easily export the data to share with management who does not use Gainsight.
Exporting Success Snapshot from Gainsight widgetUnder Consideration
Our CSM's are now working out of Lightning. Ideally we want them to always stay in Lightning and the current way to export success snapshots is to go to the C360 and export which takes the rep out of Lightning to a classic Salesforce/Gainsight page. We would love for export capability to be added to the Gainsight widget that can be added to the account, opportunity or case page layout in salesforce.
Allow formula fields that result an image to display the image in the Attributes section on the CS360.Under Consideration
We have an account formula field that displays a flag that reps want to see in the attributes section of gainsight. However, when in Gainsight it displays as: <img src="/img/samples/flag_green.gif" alt="green" border="0"/> Here is the formula: IF( SP_Dashboard_Beta_Test_SPID__c = TRUE, IMAGE("/img/samples/flag_green.gif", "green"), null ) It would be nice if the field could display as the image.
Clickable object record links from C360 sectionsUnder Consideration
We have multiple sections on our C360 for different Salesforce objects including opportunities, cases, and contacts. It would increase efficiency if the opportunity name, case name or number, contact name were clickable links that took the CSM directly to that page in Salesforce.
It would be great for CSR's if the side search bar on the C360 page had drag and drop functionality that was sticky so they could organize in the order they want to view the C360 page. Reps work differently from one another so it would be helpful if they could move what they view as most important to the top (below summary, attributes, and cockpit) and move the sections they use less frequently towards the bottom.
I am trying to make similar CTA dashboards for our section managers as we have on the manager and rep level. The rep reports are based on Owner ID = Current User and on the manager reports are based off of My Direct Report = Yes. I have tried hard coding the managers in the filter logic and was hoping to have reports Sort By one of our manager fields. This way when the Section Manager is looking at the report they see a column for each one of their managers instead of every rep that reports to one of their managers. I keep getting an error message saying I "cannot drop this field into group by fields". Any suggestions for report building for section managers?
How do you make a rule not refire if a CTA is already closed but still meets the rule criteria?Implemented
We have a rule where reps are closing out the CTA but the criteria to make the rule fire is still valid causing reps to get the same CTA again. Does anyone have a good work around to ensure that a rule does not fire if already closed?
