Thanks Lila! I love how much easier it is to access Copilot outside of Cockpit. I noticed that access to the conventional SFDC tabs is no longer sticky (as of today the Gainsight UI is maximized regardless of my last action). Is this by design in the new release? My team is heavily dependent on other SFDC objects so I anticipate it impacting user experience to consistently need to click to access the SFDC navbar. It would be beneficial to be able to schedule a recurring outreach on the "Last Day of the Month" in Copilot. Since each month has a different number of days, a month-end email cannot be easily scheduled using the existing options based on numeric day of the month (my assumption being that choosing 31st would skip months with 28, 30 days) or weekday (last Monday of the month could be up to a week before month-end).
I'm working on building a rolling NPS / CSAT survey to trigger the quarter prior to and following the client's renewal event. I received a request for the ability to compare NPS trend overtime for a rolling cohort. So rather than comparing Q2's responses to Q1 or February's reponses to January, I would select a sample size (say 50 responses) and always look at the most recent sample. (ie comparing responses 1-50 vs 2-51 vs 3-52 and so on) Has anyone built this type of report in Gainsight? Since I can't find any examples, I wonder does this go against best practices?
One of our users pointed out today that when she went back to a closed CTA and opened one of the sub-tasks it didn't re-open the CTA itself. I understand from the support team this is expected behavior. They suggested I post it here as an idea. Steps to reproduce: - Find a CTA with status Closed - Resolved - View sub-tasks, un-check a task - Refresh page User's Expected behavior - CTA Status would change from "Closed - Resolved" to "Active" - CTA Name (and other attributes) would no longer display as Strikethrough type - CTA would show up in cockpit when viewing only open CTAs Actual behavior - Task status changed from Completed to Not Started - CTA Status remains as "Closed - Resolved"
