Ability to change CTA types and reasonsAcknowledged
I have worked with multiple customers lately who have been restructuring the Type and Reasons of CTAs framework and would like to know if it is possible to change the Type of some specific Reasons that they have today. For instance, one Reason called "MMM" which is in Type = All and would like to have it in the Type = Event As of now this is not possible, is there any thought to have this ability in the future? Possibly in Mass?
Create email assist tokens from opportunity fieldsUnder Consideration
Right now we support only 6 objects for token mappings, Account, Contact, CustomerInfo, CSTask, CTA and User. Are there plans in the future to be able to add custom tokens from the opportunity field for example? If I link the oppty to the CTA or figure out how to write these fields onto the CTA, could that allow me to pull these fields into the template?
Reporting on accounts where a Milestone has yet to be created.
I have been speaking with a customer who has a very valid use case. They would like to run a report to determine who has not yet been assigned a specific Milestone. They would like this report to contain only Accounts without this Milestone even if other Milestones have been created. In the screenshot below, we are trying to build a report that shows accounts that have not completed a Welcome Webinar. The challenge we are facing is we can not filter out this account because of the existing Milestones. Do we see us coming up with a way to filter to null values?
Question of the Week: Can we restrict the Knowledge Bot to specific pages of the application?
Hey Guys this question came up the other day and we decided we should share it here. There is a configuration in the KCB editor that will let you configure what pages you would like to show the Bot Bubble as well as pages you would like to exclude. Hey Team, Working with a customer and we find It would be highly beneficial to allow a user to set their 'default' timeline entry type when creating an entry from the calendar integration. Would this be a possible enhancement?
Change the label for Bubble ReportsNo Status
Hey Team, Working with a customer and we are looking fro a way to enable a "sticky" data on a field in the "Group By" section of the report.In the attached screen shot, the highlighted label defaults to a "Show Me" field (SUM of ARR), but I'd like it to show a "Group By" field (Customer Name).
Question of the Week: Does the Knowledge Center Bot honor URL rules from an Engagement?
This question came up earlier this week and we would like to share this with the Community. If you are using a Dialog Engagement that contains a URL rule, the Knowledge Center Bot will honor the URL rule of the engagement. This means if you are not on this URL you will not be able to access this engagement from the KCB. You will only be able to access from the URL in the rule. As a workaround to make sure this Engagement will fire when you visit the URL in the rule as well as access from KCB away from the URL you can map this URL as a feature. Then you can use the Feature as a rule in the Engagement. In the example below the Engagement fires when I visit the URL but since I did not use the URL rule I am still able to access when I am away from this page. So if you ever notice you can not access an Engagement from the KCB please verify you are not using a URL rule in the Engagement. Hope this helps! Thanks, Support
Would like to pull the text from a multi-select question of a flattened survey
I have been speaking with a customer who would like to pull the text from a multi-select question in a Flattened Survey. This is possible through the UI as well as a single select answer. A flattened survey report will place each answer into its own column In the UI it will consolidate answers into one column. Do we see us being able to pull the text from a multi-select survey answer in a flattened report?
Multiple Choice Survey Email Follow UpsAcknowledged
Hey Team, Do we have any plans on the roadmap to be able to create an audience rule to follow up with users who selected a specific choice in a multiple choice survey? So if there was an A,B, and C I would like to send an email to those who answered B? Thanks

Hey Team, Speaking with a customer we came across a use case I would like to share here. We are looking at an engagement that they would like to set the audience based on the comparison of 2 fields. example…. if field x is greater that field y… then user should qualify for the engagement. Do we see this as a possibility as a feature request for an upcoming release? -Mike

Hey Team, I was speaking with a customer today who has sent some custom events that are no longer relevant and would like to remove some custom event types from the drop downs in the product mapper and query builder. Do we see having the ability to delete Custom Events in the near future? -Mike
Scheduling the MDA update of a Flattened Survey
When updating the MDA table for a flattened survey you have select the "Reset the flattened reporting" to update the data manually. I have been speaking with some customers who would like to be able to schedule when that sync takes place so they can schedule daily syncs. Is this something we may consider in the future or will this have to be a manual process.
Hey Team, Issue: Text Event Rule feature does not workQuery: Customer wanted Text Event Rule feature (Event Text Rule as Feature) to detect different elements with the same identifier and different HTML text.Analysis Done: With the existing design, we are unable to achieve this use case. 1. We have a way to track using class name and nth-child --- but the blocker for this is the items list are not consistent across all the users. 2. We have a way to track them by using the class name -- but the blocker is a unique class name across the elements. 3. Suggested to have the Id's append to the HTML -- Blocker as Unfortunately, the application is a 3rd party application so we cannot modify the code. 4. Product Mapping via APIImplemented
I have been speaking with a customer today who has some feedback on being able to register and manipulate Product Mapping via the API. I wanted to share the feedback here for some visibility and feedback form the team: As a developer I believe it would be beneficial to be able to register and manipulate Product Mapping via the API. This would provide teams like mine with more robust capabilities to insert the setup of instrumentation into our developer workflow, instead of leaving it to a manual process after development. Because we are using custom `data-*` attributes to tag the elements in our UI we want to track, as well as assigning them unique values based on context, we don't have the same need to test selectors via the manual product mapping tool due to our ability to use very specific selectors that are structure agnostic with respect to the rest of the HTML in our app. I'm trying to enable a capability somewhat akin to database migration strategies where we can define de
Targeting email Audience Via CSVNo Status
Speaking with a customer who would like to be able to target an email audience by using a CSV. Use Case: The use case is that they sent an email to a list of customers (including multiple within an account) from Gainsight and had it come from the CSM. They want to follow up on that email with a GainsightPX notification (dialog engagement) to that same list of people–like a multi-touch campaign across channels for specific customers. They would like to target this specific list with a notification when they log in to the product.
Default new Dashboards to PrivateWorkaround Available
Posting on Behalf of a customer here. Currently whenever someone in the company creates a test dashboard it's instantly being showed publicly to all users and it leads to confusion and a clutter of dashboards for everyone in the company. Also when companies are sensitive to who sees what dashboards, it is easy to be unaware of what material is showing in dashboards upon creation. Suggestion would be to have dashboards private by default and then made public or shared with team members. -Mike
PX Integration with SFDC SandboxPlanned
Hi Team, I am reaching out after a recent discussion with a customer. Customer would like to connect PX to a sandbox salesforce environment. UseCase: Need to Connect the PX with Salesforce Sandbox. Existing Design: As of now this is not supported and the only integration is with salesforce production. Can we expect in the near future to be able to connect to a sandbox environment? Thanks Mike
Question of the Week: Why do I see "Other" when reviewing my Path Analyzer?
In Path Analyzer you will see the 10 features. The top 9 and all other features are grouped together as “OTHER”. Meaning if from Feature A -> users tend to go to 100 different features. You will see the 9 most common features on the screen explicitly, and all other 91 less common features will be grouped as "others". Hope this helps,PX SUpport
Generate URL to launch an Engagement from a Link.No Status
I was speaking with a customer earlier who would like the ability to generate a link for an engagement to then be able to launch Engaggement via a link. As of now the only way to show an engagement on demand is by using the Knowledge Center Bot. This has come up a few times now, do we see in the future being able to launch Engagement from a link?
