Hi All, This is a small ask, but would it be possible to sort email templates in alphabetical order when sending via email assist? With a lot of email templates available it can be inconvenient for end-users to scroll through the list to find the email they are trying to send. If the templates were sorted by name it would be a much better user experience. Thanks!
I have had several customers request an enhancement to the Outlook/Gmail plug-in feature. Some end-users do not like to have to click the Log To Timeline checkbox to ensure the email is logged to timeline. Sometimes they forget and it is extra clicks. The enhancement request would be to allow all emails to be automatically logged to timeline without requiring an end-user to check the checkbox. Perhaps we could create that as an administrative setting that could be enabled or disabled as desired?
Required Tasks for CTA CompletionNo Status
One of my customers had the following enhancement request. As of today an end-user can close out a CTA even if there are open tasks and the tasks will be auto-closed. They would like to make certain tasks required so the CTA is unable to be closed unless those specific tasks have already been completed. Can we consider this as an enhancement request?
Task Creation from Dashboard ReportsNo Status
My customer would like the ability to create tasks from the My Portfolio or Customer health type of reports in a Dashboard. The use-case is during 1:1s managers would like to easily be able to go through each account and add the task from a dashboard view instead of having to open each C360, navigate to Cockpit to then create the task. Can we consider an enhancement request to accomplish this?
I have had several customers ask if it is possible to filter out which calls are pushed to Timeline via the Gong.io integration. My understanding is as of today that is not possible. Can we explore enhancing the integration to provide customers the option to determine which calls are pushed to Timeline? Calls of a particular type or by a particular team for example may not need to be pushed to the Timeline.
I have had a couple conversations with customers now where the topic of being able to dynamically assign activity types has come up. By default all activities created via the integration seem to have the activity type of Call. Customers often have KPIs wherein their team is expected to log certain type of activities at certain cadences. The request has come up that it would be nice if we were able to dynamically create the gong.io activities in the timeline with certain meeting or activity types. Not sure how that would work technically but something I think we should explore further.
Submitting this on behalf of my customer. When CSMs are out on vacation it would be nice if we had the ability to auto-assign the CTAs that would have been assigned to them to a pool of other reps. This would ensure that urgent CTAs are being actioned on and not sitting stale until the rep gets back to the office.
Embedded Pages in Success SnapshotsNot Planned
Hi Team, One of my customers uses Tableau and would like to display Tableau reports in Success Snapshots to be shared out with their customers when doing QBRs. We currently do not support the ability to embed pages in Success Snapshots. I think this would be a valuable product enhancement so that customers who would like to embed third party reports in Success Snapshots would easily be able to do so. There really isn’t a valid workaround currently. Thanks!
