July 4th Upcoming Gainsight Community Product Ideas Update
From the user: “We have a program in place that has 3 email outreaches to reach out to customers to schedule a business review. Each one has numerous variants in order to contain unique info for each CSM sending these emails (spoofed email signature, unique calendar schedule link), and these emails require somewhat frequent updating of language in order to stay fresh or adapt to the times (e.g. covid times). Another update of them all is due now. Would you suggest I go to the effort of switching these all to custom html email templates instead of plain text I have to re type each time? Or what would be your best suggestion for handling this in the least painful way?”“Most of the variants will get the same updates (a language refresh -- e.g. replacing a couple of paragraphs with different wording). But again, the variants will still always have unique info like spoof email signature and unique calendar scheduling link.My experience to date is that I have had to basically type each email
Hi GS CS WorldDoes anyone have any resources on HTML editing? Looking to design some emails and do some very basic background colors and whatnot. Nothing crazy. Does Gainsight have any resources or does anyone recommend an online tool editor?
Is there a way to add a certain salesforce field into an email template, that can then populate in email assist? I know I can do this when I create an outreach around this, but not sure if I can do this when I pull the email template in in email assist.
I'm trying to send out a monthly usage data email to all of our accounts. I gathered all relevant usage data and uploaded it to matrix data on gainsight. Now I have an email template where there are multiple spots that I just want to include a single number. (Example: "Number of log-ins last month: ###, Number of uploads last month: ###, etc.) These numbers all exist in this matrix data table and in a report I could easily search by account id to get the specific metric I'm looking for at any given time. How can I do this in a copilot email? There are ~10 metrics I want to display, plus a few graphical reports. Thank you!
Anyone have an issue were they are adding fields on to a preexisting data space, but after saving and refreshing the fields don't show up down the line to other functions when attempting to use? Scenario: My data space is used to limit contacts in a powerlist. When testing out the functionality I'm finding new use cases for additional fields. I go back in the dataspace, add in necessary fields, save, jump back in my powerlist (and/or refresh) to find the fields aren't available. In fact the only way I can get it to work is to save down a new data space and create a new PowerList. User Error? Common Error? Thanks!
I need to use a table or columns in a CoPilot template and can't find a workaround. I have thought of placing an image of the table, but I need individual cells hyperlinked versus the whole image/table. Any ideas?
When sending an email from CoPilot, there are subtle grey bars appearing above and below the message. I'm trying to make this email seem as much as possible like it's coming from an actual person, so they're weird to have.
