We have a weekly reports email that can send by account to CSMs. CSMs opt in by account by selecting a drop-down in a custom field on the company object. Journey Orchestrator allows users to enter on every number of days, but when I select that, it eliminates sending more than one email even if the CSM has opted in to have multiple accounts sent. How can I set this up to run weekly and for CSMs to have multiple emails each week? Do I have to load all CSMs to the exception?
Hello - I'm getting this error when I try to preview emails in my program that is in draft: Failed to load preview for this participant. Please try again. All my participants have the review status, so it's not that. The only thing I've done differently is I'm using a Survey 2.0 and using a query builder, as power list doesn't appear to be avaliable to use. Any ideas? Thanks!
Hi there- I'm trying to figure out the best way to build a report. The report would be emails sent from a variety of programs we've built. The report would show the details of the email (account name, contact name, sent time) with some ownership fields from Salesforce. Email logs doesn't have the SF data avaliable. Is there an easy way to do this?
Maybe I am impatient, but I cannot seem to get a newly published survey to be available when creating a new Generic Survey AO. I just re-opened a closed survey and it was not showing up. I thought it was maybe that the survey was old (made in August of 2017), so I cloned it. That clone is still not displaying. Is there a delay in getting the survey to show as an option in AO? Anyone else seeing this? Thanks all!
Hey all, I am looking to try out the new Email Chain functionality for Advanced Outreaches. Specifically, we wanted to try the new features of Conditional Wait. However, when I go to make a new AO, there are only options for survey outreaches. The email chain option is totally gone. Anyone else seeing this? Thanks!
What am I doing wrong folks? I get the attached error when attempting to make an outreach for a Survey in CoPilot. My hunch is that it relates to the info I have in our Customer Info object, but I am not sure how exactly to remedy it. Any guidance?
