I also ran into this issue when I was cleaning up old CTA's, and after using mass edit to delete CTA's over 90 days old, these "drafts" were still appearing in all CTA reports. My suggestion is to either (a) not have them appear in reporting if they are in draft stage, (b) show drafts in Cockpit, or (c) allow them to be deleted via mass edit.
Hello, I am following up on this thread as I see the latest update was 8 months ago and I was unsure if this has been further escalated or worked on. I recently configured the entire relationship scorecard for my team and am now stuck and unable to report on it in an easy way - without needing to use Rules to load to a new object. Please let me know if/when this is planned for release. Thank you.
Hi Sidhu, These bands would affect our outreach strategy and CTA's, for example, if a customer has less than a certain number of users we would have a more scalable approach to their outreach vs. a customer with a higher number of users. We also have internal structuring where certain CSM's are aligned with SMB vs. Enterprise accounts for example. Being able to report on the segmentation of users by CSM would allow management to reallocate resources internally. In the interim, I've tried to align our user counts with MRR bands and adjusted this in the revenue band configuration, but it's not perfect by any means - having the ability to do this out of the box would be appreciated since our subscription model is based on licenses/users. Let me know if this helps!
Hello - I would like to create a rule where if you marked a CTA as a certain Stage (i.e. "closed - Product issues") it would trigger a new CTA with the playbook called "Product Issues". Right now, our work flow is to identify customer's reason through low usage, and if we engage with them we mark the stage of the CTA as the reason for low usage (i.e. "product" as marked above). From there, we manually create another CTA on the account that has the "product issues" playbook. I'd love for this to just trigger off as soon as I mark that stage on the CTA rather than needing to manually trigger another CTA. If this is currently possible without the rules engine, please let me know. Thanks!
We have a similar setup where some of our Customers have dozens of Relationships. Ideally, we should be able to sort the card view to show certain attributes first, for instance if there are relationships that are enabled vs. disabled - we would want the "enabled" relationships to appear first since they are active. I would like to see this without moving to a list view, as I think the cards are effective as well, but without being sortable it gets clunky.
