@Ravinder Singh I am still trying to figure this out… I am able to manually push the rule to run and it will populate the data according to the rule I wrote. So my question is, why won’t this do it automatically? What am I missing?😑I’m also getting this message: Is that a factor in why it’s not running automatically?Thanks!
@john_apple Ok, so I removed the Days at Red and now I am seeing data…It was showing ok on the dashboard last week and now this week it says I can’t load the data unless I remove that..How would I adjust my filters (other than straight removing the days at red)?Sorry if that’s a dumb question
Hey @john_apple !I have another question…If we start a journey for our digital segment customers (about 43) but then let’s just say 15 days later we add a new client… How can I trigger THEIR journey to start without re-sending out a welcome email to the 43 customers that have already started their journey?Wow, I hope that made sense:)Thank you!
