We use a slider, instead of a dialog. Each page of our slider has an image or video plus supporting text. Because images and videos aren’t combined on a single page, the slider doesn’t get too large and go off the screen.
@mmarques Wondering if we can pause a live bot after hours to make the update? Thanks for the tip. Yes, if you can find “after hours”, that is the easiest way to make the updates. I had to apply updated CSS to engagements in 2 of our KC bots, and that is what I did. However, these bots were not yet available to customers, so I only had to work around QA hours. After we go live in production to customers, we’ll likely have to go through the pain you mention.
We just ran into this issue. I understand that we can manually edit each engagement to position the tooltip that will keep it on the screen. However, this should not be needed. For example, in @kevin_ly ‘s screenshot, the tooltip could display if automatically shifted to the bottom left position. Shifting and resizing tooltips automatically would be good and save the effort for manually testing and adjusting.
Ability to undelete an engagementNo Status
I found that if you are looking at the list of engagements, it is possible to archive engagements - and then get those engagements back from the archive.However, if you are working on an engagement, it is possible to accidentally click the wrong “trash” icon and delete an engagement instead of deleting a tooltip or dialog in the engagement. Perhaps when you are working on an engagement, the engagement-level action should be to archive. You can always delete from the archive, if needed.

Hi @chunmeilu @peppe , Global CSS is part of a larger initiative at PX called the “Template Home” and I request you to please enrol for the upcoming VCAM, if you have not done so. We will discuss overall Template Management and the needs like Global CSS. Please note this is an exploratory call to understand the requirements better. Thanks, Abhilash Do you have any ETA on the new Template Home? We use the same CSS for each template and engagement (not all parts apply to all engagements). I recently had an updated CSS to fix an issue, and it was time-consuming to roll out to all active engagements!

I’ve seen an issue where sometimes the hint box is invisible. I thought that the hint box was just not showing, but QA found that when they don’t see the hint box, they cannot access part of the UI (and cannot close the invisible hint box). If the hint box showed up only once per session, that would solve our issue.
If cloning would copy all the settings from the “Editor” section but none of the links and engagements, that would also be a big help. Currently, my colleagues have to work through 7 pages of branding instructions to set all the colors, tabs, icons, text strings, and the search integration. If the categories could also be cloned, that would also help.
@link_black - That didn’t work for me either :-( I think there’s something up with Digital Workplace, because I was able to get search working for AIOps.
