Yes, you can create sections. Gainsight calls them “categories”. These categories act as folders in the onboarding tab. If not all categories/sections are about onboarding, you can rename the tab. Create categories. Then select the applicable section for each category and link. Any engagement or link that has no category appears in the main/top-level section and counts towards the %complete (if you show the progress bar).
In addition to what you mention, I found out that everyone gets all the information in the report -even if they don’t have permission to view that information in Gainsight PX.Please see (and perhaps upvote) my related idea to better control these reports:
@pgeorge - Is this issue in development for Gainsight PX? Or for one of the other products. My team is very interested in this improvement for tracking changes made to Gainsight PX engagements, KC bots, and perhaps more.
Thank you @DougCaviness. Transparency is the only way to make this “voluntary” ecosystem to work. And we need to close out a few gaps (as pointed above by Michele)… it’s a v gratifying experience to do so hand in hand with our awesome members. I posted a couple of additional ideas, and now I’m up to veteran rookie.
