Using Currency ISO Code in Rules Engine.

Yea so the customer is trying to do an expansion CTA, but due to the fact of not being able to pull this into the merge, it does not allow them to use the ISO code in the action of the rule.

Report on Timeline Comments?

@nitisha_rathi  I have a use case where I have a customer who would like to be able to report on comments using scorecard/timeline feature we released recently.  The customer wants to pull comments that are being used when setting the score.  For context, they are wanting to use this feature to collect product feedback.

Delays in timeline reporting

This is also the same for rule engine too. This is not ideal if you are testing updating scores or CTAs based on activity timeline when you have to wait possibly 24 hours prior to being able to test.

Decimal place for MDA fields

Is there any update on when we might be able to expect this? Currently we can make the entry into timeline, but when we pull it into a report it rounds up.  Example .5 turns into 1

Bigger Text Box For Scorecard Comments

How can I exclude the current quarter in reporting?

Do we have any update if we are still thinking about implementing excluding current quarter?  While your workaround works, it is a pain if you have a number of reports to constantly have to change the filters every quarter.

Report column ordering

We are seeing this issue with creating a report off of NPS response too.  Currently we see Promoter at the bottom, Passive in the middle, and Detractor on top.  It would be very helpful if you could click and drag to re-order these for Promoter to be on top.

Ability to export Mass Scorecard Edit

Hey Abhishek, I am seeing where this stands currently I see we are able to export this as a CSV, but if you try to export the Dashboard as a PPT no information is provided.  Is this something that is being taken up? Thanks, Chris

Plugins causing UI issues

Customer is using an outreach plugin.  When they go to Cockpit and add a filter it causes a few of the filters to jumble up.

Being able to use email assist even if customer has opted out of email

Hi Sai, You are not able to search a user if they have 'email opt out' checked in SFDC.  When you search it does not return any information. Thanks, Chris

Need choice for decimal places with calculated fields in Rules Engine.
