This would be a great functionality. Also have a use case similar to the ones above. When we first go live with Playbooks, we’ll realize maybe the name of the tasks were unclear and we updated them; maybe we needed to re-order the playbook; or like above, new tasks get added.It would be great to have the ability to make this update to the playbooks that were already created that are still open with any changes that have been made.
Wow, I wish I knew about this earlier. Just about to ship a new JO that sends email templates based on Language (a picklist value) and had to totally re-work this when I discovered it was GSID of the Language. How can I even find each GSID associated to the dropdown value?
We have CSMs in GMT-05:00, GMT-08:00, GMT+00:00, and GMT+11:00. So basically any new journey we build, we build out 4, so our customers aren’t receiving communications from CSMs during non-work hours. Such a hassle to build out so many journeys to accommodate this. Would be amazing to be able to bring in the time zone from the user object when scheduling JOs.
