Question: The duplicates referred to here, are these the same users who fail to get in JO Mass email outreach programs due to the failure reason - “Participant with unique criteria already exists” ? we do not have duplicates in our SFDC database where we pull our query builder - but when we send out emails i always get a short list of participants who fail to get in the program. Just wondering if this is the same duplicate issue mentioned above. This is a different issue referring to duplications on the User object.It sounds as if your fetch is bringing in participants that may have already entered the journey. I would recommend checking the setup of your unique criteria or the query itself.
It’s really frustrating that People Maps is the default view. All of my CSMs use the List View as its easier to filter down. Support have told me this can’t be changed, but I think it should be as most companies have too many employees to map out in an easy to consume way. The additional clicks to get through to the list frustrates all of my CSMs.
No, I have not been able to recreate it either. The email had several attachments and there were people CCd in. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case in the email screenshot originally provided in this thread. It does appear to be email specific though, as other emails for the client have logged fine for this CSM.
