Yes this would be great because sometimes the merge process takes many hours to complete and we move on to do other things. I will likely forget to go back and check the logs to see if the merge was successful or not. And then trying to remember which accounts I was trying to merge initially is very difficult. The failure does not give me the option to “try again” and it remember which accounts and which settings. Therefore an email notice as soon as it fails would be wonderful. Thanks.

Sorry I jumped in at the last minute during the call. I am seeing Overall Score cards being GREEN when the Adoption Measure (which is 60% of the score) is clearly Red or yellow. I don’t think my Overall Scores are updating properly.

Struggling with rule engine for Usage Score to populate Health Score Card - seems to summarize usage for about 30 companies and then stops. Gainsight Assist In Outlook:when sending to Timeline from Outlook Sent Folder, must tag correct account but very limited data available, not finding contact by email address. can’t seem to tag multiple people to timeline if using BCC.

I need help withremoving 211 records from the “Unified Scorecard Fact - Company” table. They were created using a scorecard that no longer applies to those accounts and they are throwing off my number of Red Accounts. I can’t seem to be able to do this in Data Management or Data Operations. Best practices for updating Scorecard Measures as some data will change daily while other data sets will update only Monthly. Customer 360 - Search Companies - Is there a way to limit (filter) the accounts that will result in the list? For example automatically filtering out Churned accounts.
We have many accounts with the same name but different addresses. We use a field called Site (which is a concatination of the State and address field) to distinguish the different accounts. So my show fields are :Account, Site, Status.The problem is when I search on the account name the list does not appear to be sort correctly by Account Name, but I would also like a sort also on Site so that the CSM could more easily find an account in alpha order by Account/Site. Is there a way to designate a sorting on the list? See picture for example of the problem we are having.
