Scorecard measure description formattingUnder Consideration
I just recently put in a ticket about this issue. I would like to add more information about the measure in the description, but when I do it renders in paragraph form. It is not easy to read. This would save me a lot of time that I spend answering questions about how the score is calculated. I currently put some of that information in the Timeline activity that is created via the rule, because I can use code to put in line breaks. This is not idea because there is other data I need to put there referencing that particular score and the comments get very long. Not to mention I have to do it for every action in my rule. Being able to put this data on the Measure level once would be ideal!
Just wondering if there is any update on this topic. We also need to be able to reassign the Objectives and associated Tasks when an account is assigned to a new CSM. It seems big disconnect that Mass Edit will reassign the Success Plan but not all the Objectives and Tasks associated with it. This causes a lot of manually work on the CSM’s part.
Hi @jake_ellis . Thanks for the idea. I have built my reports to filter for just those customers and set the editor in the Snapshot to “filter report for selected customers” based on GSID. When I attempt to run a test, it asks for the customer. Now the question is how do I enter more than 1 GSID?Rhonda
Hi @jake_ellis . We have developed a 1 page snapshot that features high level data for leadership around high risk accounts. The CSM who manages these risk situations, presents the overview for a specific set of these accounts, like 6-8, on a monthly basis. He would like to export the snapshot for all 6-8 of these accounts at one time rather than go into each separate C360 to export it. It would save some time for him on a recurring task.
We are fairly new instance and are just getting started setting up JO programs. We have not executed any programs yet. I was not aware a Timeline Activity would not be created when a JO program runs. I’m not experienced enough with JO to participate in the CAM, but wanted to comment that this is definitely functionality that would be important to our RM team. We have an engagement scorecard that considers Timeline Activity. Missing those JO emails would negatively impact our RMs engagement scores. Ideally we would want to be able to determine what kind of action taken by the contact would be recorded as an activity. For example, we may not want to record every send as an Timeline Activity, but we would want to record an activity if the email is opened or the contact clicks on a link or the contact responds to the email. Also it might be helpful to be able to chose whether the JO Program would create a Timeline Activity while creating the program. There may be times when the JO

I need some assistance with the Advanced Logic in a Rule. I am also just starting with Journey Orchestrator. I could use any tips and tricks for using it for basic email campaigns and for tracking responses following a campaign. Thanks.
I have a specific use case for the request. Our RMs hold quarterly business reviews (QBR) with their customers, a document is sent to the customer containing the items discussed. These QBRs are Tasks on an Communication Objective on the Success Plan. The RM would like to attach the document that was given to the customer for the particular QBR Task. This will allow the RM to go back and see what was covered over the course of the year.
