Copy/Clone ObjectivesNo Status

@sai_ram @Anil Raj Pujari  Is there any update to this functionality?  Our use case is that CSMs are creating adoption plans via Success Plans.  Often, they have repeating objectives that need to be managed, but it isn’t enough to warrant a playbook for everyone.  So, the ability to clone an objective would save them time creating a new version each time.

Hi Rakesh, Is there an update on this request?  We just started a new fiscal year with many changes to picklists for our regions.  This is causing a major disruption with our users because all the dashboard filters are showing the inactive values.

Survey Recipients Should be Able to Add Attachments to their ResponsesAcknowledged

I know this is a very old thread, but it came up just today with our CS Directors. They would like to send a pre-business review survey that allows the customer to upload/share their adoption roadmap (if they have one). Is there an update on adding this feature?  Thanks!

NPS Survey - Partially Saved

Correction: these are people who clicked the Save button on the survey. Same thing with the ability to return and complete the survey. You'll see their disposition as Partial Save unless they go back in and Submit.

NPS Survey - Partially Saved

Hi Mike. A partial survey means they started the survey but didn't click the submit button. The respondent can go back and continue answering through the original link, but if they don't the partial answers will be converted to complete when the survey closes. You'll see their disposition as Partial Submit when you download the survey data.

Need the ability to report on external contacts within Timeline ActivityImplemented

I also +1 this one.  Our use case is to evaluate the roles of specific contacts tagged in CTAs and Timeline, and include the data on our new Scorecard.  So the ability to report on contacts is critical for scorecard adoption by CMSs.

Need a way to delete Inactive customers from Gainsight with a RuleNo Status

Hi Sundar,  This is also an issue for us.  We have two Gainsight records for the same customer.  One is Inactive and one is Active.  Having both is causing confusion for the CSM so I need a way to delete the Inactive one.

Unified Outreach Schedule View between AO and Standard OutreachesUnder Consideration

We would love to be able to see all regularly scheduled Outreaches, Advanced Outreaches and Surveys (via Survey module) in a calendar format.  This would help with non-CS groups that want to reach out to customers, to ensure we don't send too many emails at the same time.

Report on External Attendees from TimelineImplemented

Hi Dan and Chris,  Did this feature make it into the winter release?  I'm not seeing anything in the release notes and just today had a user as about reporting on external attendees within a Timeline activity.

MDA field on c360 Attributes sectionUnder Consideration

The use case here is that we want to give the CSMs additional customer information that doesn't need to be visible to the rest of the organization via the Salesforce account object (i.e., Support Model).  We would like to add an editable field to the C360 for CSMs, and would like to use the MDA to house the data, rather than having to go through our Salesforce team (which adds months to our ability to implement the field).

Call to Action Due Date

Hi Dan, I understand what you're suggesting, but I don't think it solves our specific issue.  The CSM is asking for a CTA that is due at the completion of the Test phase of deployment. The complication comes in two ways:  first, the deployment stages are not date fields.  Rather, there is one field that contains the Deployment stage, that is updated during deployment.  So, it would only be Test at the start of the test stage.  Second, the CTA should be triggered at the start of the previous stage (which is Deploy), and scheduled to end when the Test Phase ends.   I appreciate the quick response.  I'll keep fiddling around and see if I can jerry-rig something. Call to Action Due Date

Hi Nitisha, Is there any update to adding the ability to adjust CTA due dates based on future events?  I just received a request from my team to do something similar - make the CTA due date based on the date of the start of testing plus 30 days.   Thanks! Nancy

Email Assist - Vault-like Templates

I agree with Elizabeth.  Using playbooks and assigning CTAs is too cumbersome for CSMs for one-off email communication.  The ability to pull an HTML template from a repository and use it in Outlook is very valuable.  As a use case example, we want CSMs to send notice of a webinar to their customers.  The email template was provided by Marketing, so we want CSMs to pull the template from Gainsight themselves, and send without Admin assistance.  Copilot is too time-consuming and another CTA/playbook will get lost in Cockpit.

Extended CoPilot Outreach Scheduling OptionsUnder Consideration

I second Josh's suggestion, but would like a Quarterly scheduling option in CoPilot. We use CoPilot to send out notices of expiring credits on a quarterly basis.  The email template doesn't typically change for that Outreach.  If it did, it's pretty easy to delete the Outreach and reschedule with an updated template.   Thanks!

I agree with this suggestion.  As you move towards better visual reporting (text data, for example), it would be great to be able to put the charts directly into a powerpoint or email for sharing.

I agree.  A .csv file should be readable by Excel these days.  Currently, any apostrophe, quotation mark or non-US character (i.e., umlaut) gets changed to a set of random characters and I have to manually review and replace them.
