Love it! And this way, different teams can view usage data that they care about in the Analytics section in a more organized manner. The awesome thing is that there's no right or wrong way to build a product map. It's totally customizable to the company's needs and desires.

Let me bounce some ideas here: [list] [*]Use hotspot with qualification scope "Once Per Visit" (this might mean altering your current guide to start with a hotspot; it's a more subtle engagement rather than a pop-up) [*]Knowledge Bot and label with categories [*]Change guide engagement to "Once Per Visit" so they'll see it every session [/list]To clarify from earlier, I meant adding the link as a URL rule in the Audience selection. When a user clicks on the URL link, it will trigger the engagement.

Matt - We aren't able to surface time explicitly on the Path Analyzer, however, you can view the path at a [b]session level[/b] so you know the # of sessions for a given time frame. Also we released a new feature this week measuring average session time on our Custom Dashboard. You can add this as a widget onto the custom dashboard. You can set the date range of Path Analyzer the same as date range for the Average session duration widget on dashboard. This should provide some idea of the timing between features. Hi Courtney, Thanks for your feedback on the Knowledge Bot. [url=https://community.gainsight.com/users/ciarapeter]@ciarapeter[/url] as a FYI as we continue improving this part of PX. When setting the Knowledge Bot visibility, you are correct that we don't have the functionality to target particular audiences (i.e. Engagement ABC is seen by Audience 123, but Knowledge Bot shows to all users). This is something that we're exploring to add to the product. However, an alternative right now is to display the bot on certain URLs on Step #2 under Activation (we support wildcarded URLs too). If you would like to test, you can add in your personal URL if applicable and the Bot will appear only on that URL. In regards to moving the bot, you are able to move it to the right side and offset it - see step #2 under "Position." Hopefully this will allow your buttons to show better as the bot isn't blocking. You can reach me directly at email@example.com To answer your question, PX doesn't have a way to "force" a dropdown unless a user takes action on it -- in this case, clicking the "Courses" tab. My recommendation would be to use a Tooltip step for step #2 so user clicks and then the next step should appear on the sub-menu item. In summary: 1) Dialog 2) Tooltip to "Courses" 3) Tooltip to sub-menu item. Hi Kayla! Thanks for your feedback! I definitely see the value of this and have a few suggestions. 1) Create the tooltip guide and place in the Knowledge Center Bot for users to access in the future at any time. [b]Recommended.[/b] 2) Create the guide and set the qualification scope to "Every Session" which means the tooltip will appear every time they log in and they can "X" out of the guide. What's on the roadmap this year is static tooltips; you can think of this as tooltips that stay in one place and you can open or close them out, but they'll be in one place all the time. Hi Matt, Could you clarify exactly what the user feedback you received was? Are users who completed the survey receiving the follow-up engagement? Are users who did NOT complete the survey not receive the follow-up 3 weeks later? For your knowledge, here is an example of what "Show Attempts" mean taken from our documentation: "In Qualification Scope, what would “Show 3 times every 2 months mean”? If the Audience Criteria is met, Show/Attempt Once every 2 months for up to 3 times 'if' engagement is 'not completed' and then stop/die. Will not show a 2nd or third time 'if completed' on 1st or 2nd time." Thanks, Matt!
