We found a solve for this by mapping the target object ID to the SFDC Account ID in the standard field mapping. As shown below this will log the outreach to the project object. There is still a need though to be able to log emails to multiple objects, say the account and project objects.
We've been getting a similar error when users visit a dashboard they get an error that pops up 5 or 6 times. Its very disruptive and makes Gainsight dashboards almost unusable. The response we received from support was this is caused by the User State Preservation. So to fix users have to go into each individual report and clear any filters they've added which is cumbersome. It would be ideal if there was a 'Clear All' filter that would reset all reports on a dashboard to the original admin defined state. @rakesh or @dan_ahrens - any plans to add a ‘clear all’ filter to dashboards?
