@darkknight We’re working on a series of performance enhancements (some of which are already in place) so that in most cases jobs shouldn’t take more than an hour to complete at all. We’re also looking to potentially prioritize manual executions over scheduled runs.

@madhusmita Das, If you navigate to the Data Operations page, you’ll be able to delete Person records in bulk, including all records at once. Note that when you delete Person records, it’ll delete from all corresponding records looking up to Person (including Company Person and Relationship Person). Thanks, Kunal
Hi @cameron_wright, We’re currently working on a revamped Zendesk connector (along with a standard domain model for support cases) which would allow pulling multiple Zendesk brands into Gainsight, as well as the ability to connect to multiple Zendesk instances. @shiv_kumar_katiyar , In the case you’ve laid out, the recommendation to pick something as the identifier which is common across both Salesforce instances (like Email). Would that work? How else would you want this situation to be handled? Thanks, Kunal
Hi everyone, Just an update on sponsor tracking. We’re actively working on significantly enhancing our tracking capabilities to resolve the troubles with tracking which @heather_hansen referred to. This will make it a lot faster to track contacts without having to wait for a while for us to start tracking. I’ll be sure to provide an update here as soon as we’re closer to shipping these enhancements. @andorfuhrer Something to keep in mind is that CSMs need to be able to identify who their key sponsors are, else you are right, they could end up with noise and too much work if they track too many people. Hi @j.peabody , We plan on allowing admins to mark fields as required when creating Person records in C/R 360. This will be done via configuration in the C/R360 layouts where you pick fields for the Person creation flow (you will also be able to mark them as mandatory). This is planned for the near-term, I’ll give an update when it’s ready for release. Thanks, Kunal
Hi @ana_g, it is possible to read data from Gainsight using APIs. APIs are available to read data from Company, Person, and custom low volume objects. You can find more information about it here: Developer and API Docs Thanks, Kunal
@tom_gerth If the customer has already migrated, then GSConnect should only be available in read-only mode, just so that they can validate that the mappings were correctly migrated. Once we’ve migrated all customers (we only have a limited few who prefer to take it slow and validate in sandboxes first),we’ll get rid of GSConnect from the UI as well. Tentatively, we expect to do this by the end of Q1. Thanks, Kunal
