Hi Scott, I’d like to know if there’s a way in the rules to identify the top 100 accounts with ARR > X or top 10% of accounts with ARR > x. It might require several transformations but I’d appreciate if you point me in the right direction. Thanks!Lyne

Hi Scott, I’m working on a rule to recommend a coach change (CSM) and when I display the fields in the preview (setup rule) of all the fields that will influence the coach recommendation, I see the proper values. These are all picklist values (segment, Subtype, territory, etc). This is great. The problem is that when I run the rule (in test) and extract the data at the different stages, instead of picklist values, I see IDs. For example: 1I0054U9FAKXZ0H26HZBJ3428YAUS0YF5B3W instead of HE - High Tech & Electronics in the Cohort column. How can I get the real picklist values showing in the results when I run the rule? Debugging this rule will be very difficult if I do not see these values… Thanks!

Hi Scott,We’re in the sf.com instance and we removed tag values from Customer info but we did not clean them up in the accounts first. So now I’m getting errors in connectors 2.0 for value not found. I have an idea on how to fix this but I’d like your opinion first. Thanks!Updated late afternoon on 12/21/2021@sdrostgainsightcom I had to use the data loader avenue to make my updates to the Tags because the Load to Customers for a multipicklist forces me to blank out all the selections (while some selections were still valid for some accounts.) With dataloader and the right key, I was able to clean things up in excel and update the data this way.Thanks! Happy Holidays!Lyne

Hello Kendra,The data for our current csat survey (with one NPS question) is stored into MIG-CSAT 2.0-Flattened-SUR-00015.We want to start a new CSAT survey in January 2022 with the same NPS question but only one separate text question (so 2 question total). I realize that this will create a different MIG (flattened) data object.Will NPS results from both surveys be visible in the NPS 2.0 tab without us having to do anything special? Would we be able to bring in records for the last 2 years (say starting 1/1/2020) into the new MIG data object? (only data from the 2 questions from the new survey, of course).Thanks!Lyne

@sdrostgainsightcom: are there Admin office hours on Thursday 10/28/2021?I was hoping to pick someone’s brain about sending automatically different thank you emails when users respond to a csat survey, based on the score they give us (detractor, passive, promoter). I got an answer from sdrostgainsightcom: Unfortunately, you dove into enabling the feature before the documentation team made the correction to the SFDC Edition article you cite above (should be updated by Monday).Although it is mentioned lower down in the article, the Overview section at the top mentions CTAs in error, since in SFDC Edition, CTA’s cannot be associated due to the fact that CTAs reside in an SFDC Object, not an MDA object.Also worth noting is that Cases refers to the MDA System Cases object that is enabled if you are using Zendesk Connector in Gainsight.The overview should read something along the lines of this: The Associated Records feature helps admins to associate a Timeline activity with more than one Company or Relationship record - and if the Zendesk Connector is enabled in your org, Gainsight Cases as well.Apologies for the documentation error - it will be fixed! I hope this can help someone else...

Hi Scott, I followed instructions to set-up associated records to timeline. I’m interested in associating Companies, CTAs and cases.https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Timeline/Admin_Guides/Configuration_of_Associated_Records_to_TimelineThe only one that was set-up was Companies. and I cannot see how to add CTAs and Cases. We’re on the sf.com edition. Can we review my settings during office hours? thanks!Lyne
@heather_hansen: were you able to actually write to the CSTask object? I wonder if you set CSTask in Rule Load Actions a while back. I’m asking because:I made sure that our API user has read/write access to CSTask I still cannot see it in the list when going to the Rule Load Actions. GS Support told me: SFDC - CS Task object is a Gainsight Managed Packaged object which holds Call To Action (Tasks) data. And unlike other SFDC objects, Gainsight Managed Package object are not writable by Rules. So it will not be possible for you to add CS task in Rules.I’ll let GS support know that others were able to add CSTask to the Rule Load Actions. We’ll see what they say. Thanks!Lyne

We recently got acquired by another software company and we are sending emails from 2 email domains still. It is possible to adjust our email configuration in gainsight to be able to use email to timeline from either domain name?
