If you have a CTA for say a 90 Day Renewal. The CTA's date is 12/31/17 but the task has a date of 11/30/17. When the CTA's sort, it shows the CTA date. So instead of it showing 11/30/17 in the list for the next 7 days, it shows the date as 12/31/17. You have to go directly into the task to see exactly what day that task is due.
Having a list that runs strictly from a TASKS Due Date would be Awesome. It's deceiving to look at Cockpit to see what Task to get ready for Tomorrow/Week The only way I can get a direct lists of Tasks is to go to SFDC / Home. That kind of defeats that purpose of having Gainsight almost. Thanks,
I always set my Out Of Office notification. I give them the email address for our department if they have an URGENT matter. Someone else on the team can take care of it or it will give the customer a time frame of when they might receive a response from you.
