These were two questions on the exam that I am unable to find the answer.
We would like this feature as well. As we have migrated to lightning and are now using the salesforce list views for CTA and CSTasks it would be great to be able to automatically close tasks of a closed CTA's since closing a CTA through a list view does not auto close the tasks.
Was this part of the 5.5 release, I am not seeing this in the release notes. We also need the ability to view Objectives in the cockpit on the CS360. It is causing confusion that the objective is not listed in the cockpit but rather having to scroll down to the Success Plan section. What is the ETA for this fix?
Thanks for posting this Josh! Denise - this was suggested to us by a rep who mentioned when Gainsight was first rolled out here they were trained to go to this spot to view account/opps/contacts but now with added functionality they can do this from the sections on the CS360. This would force reps to stay in Gainsight (which they should be doing anyways) to access these objects instead of jumping out to Salesforce.
Hi Nitisha, Highlighting 'No' would help make it more evident. I think what we are going for is that this message would not pop up at all when a rep goes to change the CTA due date. It would just be automatic without any notification to save a click and not notify the rep. Josh suggested maybe having this as an option when setting up the playbook.
Our group asked for this functionality to save clicks as well as keep visibility to the CTA. When we have reps changing the CTA due date we do not want it to update the task due dates because then reps forget about the CTA again until the due date and typically do not work the CTA until it is overdue.
