I am curious to know where this is on the roadmap? I would also like a CTA to auto move to In Progress when a task is completed, this allows for fewer clicks for the CSM.Is there a way to use the rules engine to do this if its not set up in the UI? THANKS!!!
Yes, we are curious about this too! Changing the status is an additional step that gets easily overlook in our org. If, say when one task is completed the status changes to in progress, that would alleviate a step our CSMs have to do. Any idea on if this is in the road map?
Is there anyway to edit the Type of CTA created from the timeline? We are trying to avoid double work by creating Escalation/Risk type CTA's in the timeline but it logs them as Type Activity and we aren't able to change this.
1-Yes agree 2-Yes and voted on it- we are running into this now with pick lists that have values but we want to sort them base don what they mean and not Alphbetically 3- I dont know if we would want this globally yet, but I could see its potential 4-yes i would like persistent sort!
Hi Nitisha, Yes, we would like the ability to have editable list views for tasks. This would be helpful if we were able to add different statuses to tasks. The reason we would want this is if a certain task can't be completed due to a 'blocker' or 'waiting on someone' and we would have that as our status for that task. Currently we have created a status for the CTA to be 'waiting on someone' and we have that in the list view to give quick indication on the CTA without having to dig too far. I believe you are also working on a feature enhancement to add a task list view to the side panel in the cockpit so CSM's can have a different view. If that does happen, I'm hoping the list view would be editable there like it is for CTA's Does this shed more light? I appreciate your follow up! Sam
Has this been looked into further? My CSM's are also looking for a better experience at the CTA level. when we expand out the tasks, it would be helpful to have an indicator that signifies there are comments/notes in the description. How do other customers do this without having to go to every task and open them to see if there are notes? Thanks! Sam
Yikes, that is very confusing. Have other customers not run into this issue before? Do people not typically change them? The help article explicitly states you can edit them, so I’m glad you will be adding verbiage that states those changes won’t appear in the reporting.
