Hi Scotty, Thank you for the feedback. I'm assuming your image is referring to rule chain scheduling. We are changing the Rule chain schedule page to behave the same way as the Rule Basic scheduler. This change we are doing to make it consistent for both rules and rule chains. Today button is also in our consideration and will be available in near future.
Hi Seth, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I checked and it appears "today" button is not working. We will ensure the date picker closes automatically upon clicking on today and selecting today. This change should be in place as part of June release.
Hi Kate, We have observed this issue and addressed as part of current release. With the change that we did, all the actions header only be loaded initially. The details will be loaded on demand. We have noticed improvement after the changes in the page load and hope this change will help your scenario!
Mayuram & Jitin, We could probably add another action button that let the user takes to adding another task. Let us know! One of the reasons why we probably went with current placement is to give the user enough space to see the maximum current tasks details. Instead of having a add task button on the top of the task header(Above the name description bar).
Hi Kevin, Current formula builder component will enforce the user to use the same data type fields to be added. For example in an expression we will allow only numeric field/value or resultant numeric function. This will ensure that numbers and string values can not be clubbed together. However per my knowledge, at the time of designing the rule, we may not be able to predict whether the field value in record holds null or zero value. This is because the rule will not be executed once. We will think about the possibilities of gracefully handling this situations and update on this. One quick thought which might help is: Have a setting that will ensure null/empty values adjusted "Adjust/Omit empty values".
We do support any type in transformation task. Below is a screenshot of the same! New We disabled the in regular task because rule filter will fail when it is fetching from SFDC for in appropriate values. In Action criteria, we disabled it for similar reason. However, if you are using any type in transformation task and then if you come into action screen you will be able to use the any type filter in action criteria.
Great idea, Dave. While I'm thinking of opportunities to implement the same; Here is what I found the possibilities 1) When a single asset is downloaded, we can potentially take the user to the respective module and open the asset. The downside of it is the user will be moved out of the Vault page(context switch). If the user wants to continue with downloading few more assets, he has to go back to vault home page and perform so. 2) Let the user download the way he is doing now, respective asset listing screens add another filter(probably recently downloaded) which will list out the recently downloaded ones. This approach looks more promising without too much of impact. Please update your views on the same!
