Feedback on EVOLVE with Gainsight - March 8, 2022

What is the timeline for the new features that were discussed today? Which ones are included in base NXT and which will be additional add-ons?  These capabilities will be included with the NXT platform and will be available with our April release.

Hi all! With regard to CSQL, we’ve have the exciting opportunity to access this capability first and would be happy to share our internal experience in deploying it.  Currently, the out-of-box capability covers emails to sales and a LEAD into Salesforce. It's also flexible enough for you to trigger the creation of an opportunity with some customization (we did this ourselves and are happy to show you how). Out of box capability to create an opportunity is coming soon.

Feedback on EVOLVE with Gainsight: Product Launch Series 

Gainsight-Zapier integration was mentioned today. Are there plans to be able to create CTAs/Timeline Activities from Zapier in the future?  @pgeorge - Can you confirm plans for Zapier integration per @owbou’s question above?
