+1 for additional filtering in the timeline view. We have around 80+ rules running multiple times in a day and whenever there are failures , its hard to identify success vs failure by scrolling down. Having either date based or status based (failure, success) filters would be helpful.
Hi Sai, This is an existing field and there are other use cases where disposition value can be set manually. As mentioned earlier, I have a work around with the workflow field update to set the value as 'No Progression' once the CTAs are closed with the rule. It would be a good feature to have custom field updates from the rules engine. Thanks, Divya
Thanks Sai. We have a disposition field that needs to be filled whenever a CTA is closed and this is enforced on the UI (marked as mandatory). For CTAs closed using rules, update to this field is required. The only work around I see is to have a workflow field update on CTA. Do you know if this option is in the road map?
+1 on this. Need the ability to delete records from MDA using rules.We load close to 2 million records per day into MDA, out of which 20% are qualified for processing. The remaining records need to be cleaned up and having a rule for this would be helpful.
