View Inactive Rules - setting doesn't stick

I am working on cloning rules for a new team we are adding to Gainsight. I select the view Inactive rules check box. It doesn't stay selected - every time I go back to the Rules home page I have to re-select it. Very confusing

We don't persist the selected filter, combine this with cloning action reloads the screen. I can see how annoying it would be.

In the Rules Engine, if you filter by rule name, if you edit a rule and come back the filter is gone.

It should would be helpful to have the Filter By field be "sticky" on the rules engine.  I find myself spending a lot of time having to re-complete the filter field when I am doing rule creation and/or maintenance.  Would like to be able to enter criteria in the filter by field and have it persist until I'm ready to change it.
