Hello All,

We have completely redesigned/simplified the existing Gainsight Object Glossary document to make it more contextual, user friendly, and readable. The following are the key Improvements/Enhancements implemented in the document:

  1. Improved Readability and Visibility.

  2. Easy Navigation within the documents.

  3. Segregated the Objects module-wise in different articles for both SFDC & MDA.

You can find the latest Gainsight Object Glossary document here.

If you feel any Objects that are missing in the document, feel free to share the information with us. We will update the document as soon as possible.

Your feedback is important to us!

Thanks & Regards,

Rakesh

Hi @rakesh_lingala - thanks for sharing this.

I will note that I find this new format LESS useful than before as having the entire list of all objects and fields is useful when you are searching for a specific field, but not sure in which object it exists or if it's also referenced in another object.

Did we receive customer feedback that the previous layout was not useful?

Thanks, Dan Ahrens, for your valuable inputs!

We tried to address the challenge here by reusing the content which we placed in different articles in the form of Modules > Objects (SFDC & MDA). Now you can find the same information in a single article that will simplify the search job for one set of users. We have provided the new doc link in the recently modified Gainsight Object Glossary article for easy navigation. So that, users can navigate/perform search based on their requirements from one single document.

If you think that we can improve on any area in this article, please feel free to contact us. Your feedback is utmost important to us!

Thanks & Regards,

Rakesh
