Preventing rules running if MDA object empty

Hello,

Is there a way to prevent rules running if an MDA object is blank?  The use case is as such:

  • we have a number of objects where the data needs to be wiped clear every day reloading new dataset. revenue data being one example. In some instances, the data is wiped and the loaded fails leaving the object blank
  • we have several bionic rules running calculations & automated processes using this data. If there is no data available, the rules still run but return wrong results

So whilst we are working on improving the S3 bucket load process,  I wonder if there is a way to set up a  bionic rule to check first if data exists or not, and if not, not to run?

Thanks in advance

Katerina
