Hi everyone! I was wondering if from a GainSight standpoint (not from Salesforce) there is a way to know who updated what fields when. The use case I'm trying ot cover is I want to know who updated the Customer Stage in GainSight and when that occured. Can this be achieved by some type of report within GainSight or we have to relay on Salesforce for this?

Thanks!

@sumesh - any inputs on this question?

I've relied on Salesforce for this. In Salesforce I have set field history for many fields. It's pretty difficult to report on though. Where I have found it most useful is for changes made to the fields on the opportunity object, it has given us a great audit trail on every opp we've created in the last 12 months.

I've also used it on fields on the Customer info object

Hi Marcelo

Thank you for your input

We are working on bringing in field level auditing within Gainsight and it should be in in the near releases.

I will keep you posted on when it goes live.

Thanks

Preethi

Hi Preethi,

Do you have an ETA on this one?

Thank you,

Lucian

@spencer_engel Edits on Low volume objects via the C360 or Data operations page are being audited and can be viewed from the Audit logs tab in the Data operations page
