Renewal Center - All Analyze reports should include the Opportunity Detail View link

Related products: None

As we have people getting more familar with Renewal Center, I’ve seen a request come in that the table view for all of the reports on the Analyze tab should include the edit/detail view button found in all of the action cards and the forecast tab.

This would allow for faster adjustments if a user runs across an error.

We are definitely looking into this and have started the requirements / designs process. The plan is to make this look more like the action cards and enable you to view/edit the full details of the Opp. Keep in mind we will only be able to show 4 columns of information just like the action cards.

How important will it be to allow you to customize what columns are shown? E.g. Should it be a part of v1? I foresee a situation where you might want to show a custom field instead of the standard ones we selected. You would be able to customize and see all fields when you click into the detail.

This is coming out on June 9th 2020! See the attached video.

We are making it easier to see what matters and quickly take action on the Analyze page. This includes a view of upcoming renewal due trend and which ones are late. You'll be able to drill through to inspect the data and take action on the opportunity right there!

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.15 release (SFDC / NXT). Gainsight now brings in a detailed view of opportunities on all charts in the Analyze tab. Previously, you could see a pop-up window while clicking on the opportunity stages with no further drill down option. Now you can see the details of opportunities of the selected stage listed in a side window. You can further drill down to the details of each opportunity, update the forecast, use Timeline to take down action items, @mention teammates, and create tasks to help you win the renewal.

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.
