How long does it take for updates to flow to reports/dashboards

Does anyone have any information on how long it takes for a stage/status update on a Customer 360 to flow to reports/dashboards? 

It doesn’t seem to be immediate and would be interested in knowing the time it takes. 


I did check the reporting/dashboard FAQs and TS docs but didn’t see anything.

Are you on NXT or SFDC edition?

 

If on SFDC edition, then it depends on what objects you’re building the reports on.  For reports built off of Customer Info or another SALESFORCE object that looks up to CI, it should be immediate.

If you’re running reports built from Company  object (or other MDA objects that lookup to Company) and using the Company::Status field, then it depends on when you’re updating the Company::Status field in your Connectors 2.0, Company Sync job.  Check the schedule there.  If it’s updating every 24 hours, you might want to increase it to hourly.

Thank you!  Yes it’s the SFDC Edition.

We are running some Scorecard reports based on MDA so is probably it. I checked the sync job and it was set to 4 hours so I updated it to 1.
