I am building out reports and dashboard for our regional managers to share our Customer Experience Survey data. I am able to include an "average NPS" score, but I am not able to calculate the NPS score against an additional criteria like "Region".

I have read that this could maybe be accomplished via MDA. I'm pretty green there so hoping for another solution or guidance to that end.

The goal would be to have a single dashboard that shows the average score for our CSAT-style questions and then the NPS score. Each report would have a common filter for "Support Region".

Any ideas?

Hi Ben,

There's some good discussion over in this thread including a pretty novel idea on using 1,0,-1 integers to calculate an NPS score using MDA.

Thanks Dan. I added a comment to Jeff's thread. I really love his idea and think it will work great. However, I am having trouble getting to the right spot to set that up. Hopefully he can help!

Hi @dan_ahrens

The provided link is not working. It’s routing to “Page Not Found”.
