If you own Renewal Center it would be great if you could create separte widgets for GRR and NRR to be used in a CSM KPI dashboard.

Thank you for starting this thread.
If you maintain GRR/NRR metrics at Company record - you can use them to create reports in Report builder and they’ll become available as part of Horizon reports and even GS Home!
While we currently don’t support any out of the box widget for GRR/NRR specifically, we still show these metrics in Renewal Summary widget which can be added to ‘Analyze Views’, Horizon Reports and GS Home for you to create specific views based on CSMs.
